Job Description
As a Clinic manager you will be responsible to handle complete clinic setup. Bringing new business from the current market, dealing with all operation works to manage employee and properties properly, the important task is to provide customer satisfaction to the valuable customers
Manage materials which is essential for treatment and protection Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity
Act as a liaison between patients, their families and additional care staff Plan and manage the clinic's budget and approve payroll.
Taking care of insurance & other administrative works Managing complete accounting activities, profit & loss, asset management etc
Perform quarterly and annual Audit & employee reviews and provide constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet professional goals
Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws Skills : Clinic management
