To be considered for this role you should have minimum of 5 years experience working as a Regional Retail Trainer or Education Manager within Beauty sector You should have a bachelors or masters Degree in business or equivalent You must be very passionate and knowledgeable about the beauty industry and the latest trends Experience in inclass training field coaching and setting KPIs is a must For this role you should be proficient in using video editing software Excellent communications skills in English both written and verbal are a must and fluency in Arabic and French is an advantage
