Description :
Performmanagement and system administration activities that includesconfiguring modules, workflow, development and administration ofMaximo, WebSphere, Oracle, VMware and RulesManagerâ ¢ based application system
Serve as primary contact for Maximo based applicationsfor System Users and IT support.
Investigatesand troubleshoots issues as needed
Generate,Develop, Support and maintain Business Intelligence Report Systemreports; run queries and create ad hoc reports.
Participate, analyze, develop and maintain FunctionalRequirements & Design Specifications (FRDS) for applicationcustomization.
Perform nightly databasebackups and scheduled server tasks and other routine databaseupdates using MAXIMO Enterprise
Rulesdevelopment and maintenance using TRM Rules Manager.
Assist and perform help desk Service Request.
Support user in fixing issues
Requirements
Arabic andEnglish speaking skills are mandatory for thisposition
