About The role : Professional, Operations
Oversee the day to day Outbound & Dispatch functions in the warehouse in compliance with the procedures and guidelines set by the company.
Ensure that all tasks are executed within the given deadlines and maintain Pick / Pack SLA to ensure Delivery Schedules as per service levels committed
Major Responsibility : Planning & organizing work flow & work load / Space management skills / optimum space utilization to ensure all Out-bound jobs are completed within the given time
Supporting Actions :
Coordinate with the Warehouse In-charge on Outbound shipments and plan resources accordingly .
Communicate all delays or variances in Warehouse Out-bound to the appropriate persons to ensure all concerned persons are updated on all open jobs
Check every outbound shipment and dispatch only after all company policies and procedures with regards to dispatch have been fulfilled.
Scanning, double-checking the goods picked against the DN’s, appropriate packing, serial numbers accompanying all shipments etc.)
Tracking serial numbers in requests from the Logistics Coordinators and sales team
Ensure picked material is kept on Outbound staging area, packed and kept ready for loading with complete documentation
Coordinate for on time Loading with Outbound Logistics Team to ensure Delivery commitments are met

Always display a professional and friendly manner with all the colleagues and customers
Any other tasks decided by the Warehouse In charge / Logistics Manager

Job Qualifications and Educational Requirement
Minimum Graduate or above from reputed Institute
Experience : 5 years or above in medium to Large size warehouse operation
Minimum 2 years of Supervision experience of Medium to large size team with experience of multishift working
Good Analytical skill including delivering against SLAs and measurable KPIs
Knowledge of stock keeping and warehouse management functions.
Knowledge and experience of using Warehouse Management System (WMS) including handheld / PDA devices is must.
Knowledge of U.A.E. and Jebel Ali customs rules and regulations
