Regional Sales Manager

Key role responsibilities

  • Channel management , demand generation , in the territories assigned . Meeting AOP / Sales Quota set by the management for the region covered.
  • Preparing Monthly reports , SFDC Pipeline build up to target level , developing strong relationships with end Clients and major MEP contractors.

  • Providing inputs to PM , Pricing management for the region assigned. Channel management and developing Channels across the region to achieve their growth, ensuring close coordination with channel marketing and Channels to support with POS, catalogues etc.
  • Ensuring quick responses to the customers quotes , follow up with Channel and MEP contractors to help and secure the orders.
  • qualifications and experience


    BSc / BS in Electrical engineering, MBA ( Optional)


    Minimum Experience 5-10 Years in the Middle East Region with region

    Key Competency

    Extensive experience in the Lower Gulf region with Low Voltage Switchgear / Earthing and Lightening Protection Products and solution .

    Should have strong track records with end clients / MEP Contractors / Consultants. Strong Communication skills , Arabic will be added advantage but not a must.

    Dynamic , Passionate about achieving goals and alignment with Team and company strategy are key attributes for the role.

    Looking for a Techno Commercial background candidate with over 5-10 years of sales Experience.
