To support the maintenance and implementation of the Core Monitoring Program and its relevant processes as well as provide support based on skills and knowledge in all key activities performed by plant Reactor Engineering Section.
Core Monitoring and Reactor Engineering Support
Update master project schedule (P6) for Plant Reactor Engineering for their operational readiness.
Support Plant RE in the implementation of the core monitoring program and relevant processes / procedures and evaluate its effectiveness
Support Plant RE in the implementation of the Functional schedule for commissioning, start-up and Power Ascension Test (PAT).
Benchmark Units 1&2 operation experience and apply to Units 3&4 operation activities.
Support plant RE to organize required documents and field preparation for WANO / INPO / IAEA visits.
Monitor OMS PP (Production Planning) Fuel Management module data entered and managed by Plants.
Prepare budget request and keep track of utilization for site support RE.
Prepare procurement and contract for site support RE.
Prepare WANO Significant Operating Experience Report (SOER) and Performance Objective & Criteria (PO&C) related documentation and periodically assess the applicability.
Support major activities of plant such as Initial Criticality, LPPT (Low Power Physics Test) and PAT (Power Ascension Test).
Oversee plant’s core design status and review transmittal documents.
Review plant procedures to ensure the standardization of core related procedures across BNPP.
Support plant RE in the implementation of the Reactivity Management Plans for planned power evolution.
Training and Qualification
Support plant Reactor Engineering organization in conducting required training, qualification and OJT (On the Job Training) by providing appropriate feedback on their results and regards.
Perform required duties for maintaining and implementing standardized JQCs (Job Qualification Card) and Job Tasks of Reactor Engineering area for all units.
Provide training feedback on program effectiveness with evaluation of Reactor Engineer’s performance.

Academic : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
Preferred : Nuclear engineering or physics
Language Proficiency : English : Fluent IELTS proficiency score at least 6.0
Professional Certifications : Technical certificates in the job-related area
Experience : 2 years of Reactor Engineering experience in a Nuclear Power Plant
APR-1400 or OPR-1000 or CE Plant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
