InterSystems is seeking to hire a Marketing Coordinator to be a key member of its Middle East regional Marketing team. Based in Dubai and reporting to the Director of Marketing, the successful candidate will be a dynamic hard-working marketing professional whose focus will be on digital marketing activities that support customers and help accelerate the growth of InterSystems’ business in the region.
Specialist area : Digital Marketing, Social Media and Marketing Automation
The successful candidate must have a solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and experience in marketing automation, social media marketing, online advertising, SEO, website development and analytical reporting.
They will be also responsible for maintaining the CRM data quality to support all regional marketing campaigns. They will maintain InterSystems websites for the region to support campaigns and brand consistency, creating landing pages and content as needed.
They will also assist with the general marketing activities such as PR, event management, to generate new business opportunities and support the customer community as needed according to management plans and priorities agreed with their manager.
Work with all regional departments, especially the local sales and global marketing teams, to enhance market awareness, interest, and demand for InterSystems and their products
Coordinate and run the digital marketing campaigns and social media plans in the region that are business focused
Maintain and manage the CRM service (Salesforce), ensuring continuous data quality, and driving best practice
Coordinate and run digital marketing communications programs using the marketing automation tool (Pardot), with analytics and reports for insight and to drive success of agreed business goals
Utilize Google ads to create awareness
Contribute to and run the integrated, best-practice marketing campaigns that create and nurture opportunities
Provide web support for the regional websites (WordPress), creating and executing SEO strategies and that drive organic traffic and incoming prospect enquiries
Assist with the development and tracking of target audience segmentation that contributes to consistent engagement for campaigns, and future campaign planning
Assist as needed with the other marketing activities, including : PR, Event management, third party conference sponsorship, and promotion of, industry and InterSystems own conferences and exhibitions
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar digital marketing role in a high tech, healthcare, agency, B2B environment
Minimum 1 year experience using Salesforce CRM or similar
Minimum 1 year experience using Pardot marketing automation tool or similar
Experience of web and analytical tools, preferably WordPress
Experience in marketing a technology’ product or a healthcare related service
Good Graphic Design skills would be a plus
Motivated, hard-working and self-sufficient professional with great attention to details
Team player with positive, constructive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (preferably Arabic speaker)
Good organizational skills
Willing to continuously learn and develop new skills, and keep up-to-date industry knowledge
Education and Training
University degree in a relevant subject such as marketing, business or communications and equivalent experience in a similar role
