Job Role :
Control the Food & Beverage Cost of the outlets interms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency
Conduct F&B analysis and coordinate with all therelevant parties
Update and maintain receiptsinto the systems (FMC) and handle the POS system by checking andverifying discounts, complimentary sales, all the settlements done,updating correct selling prices, and Tallying all end of shiftreports
Ensure that every material is issued outfrom the store with approval from the respective departmenthead
Sort out issues by coordinating with theRestaurant Management and Finance
Participate instock taking, conduct spot checks on the receiving department andall F&B outlets
Prepare the daily andmonthly cost report department in relation to cost ofsales
Reviewing suppliers and approvals of newones, based on cost and quality
Providetrainings and handle other task whenrequired
