Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide analysis and support for the Global Sales Team and help proactively identify trends and insights to drive stronger decision making around profitable sales growth and margin mix improvement.
Own the development and accurate maintenance of transaction level profitability data used by commercial sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.
Oversee the standardization and distribution of weekly sales reporting, order entry information, and understanding of current order booking positions.
Liaison with Corporate FP&A and VP of Commercial Excellence around sales initiatives.
Ensure accuracy of reporting for sales incentive programs including territory sales reporting and New Business Opportunity (NBO) tracking.
Oversee the maintenance and standardization of customer master data & ERP systems to facilitate and enhance sales and margin reporting.
Actively seek to improve and automate systems that support financial analysis and reporting, including Business Intelligence (BI) implementations & ERP improvements.
