Leads a team comprising of professionalsfocusing on the billing function. Provides measurableinput
into new processes, standards, and / oroperational plans in support of the organization’sbusiness
strategy, with impact on the financefunction and overall results
Establish high levels of customer satisfaction by managing,operating, and supporting customer services
activities related to billing
Ensure high levels of accuracy and quality ofbilling reconciliation
Address quickresolution of simple to complex billing queries and complaints bymaking swift decisions
within establishedauthority level and by timely escalation to appropriatedepartments
Analyse and reviewcustomer contracts and billing rates, and ensure that billingsystem is updated
Provide support tocustomer service for move-outs final billings, customer accountbalancing including
deposit refunds, billingadjustments, and move-in of new customers swiftly.
May support revenue assurance teams for speedycollections.
Prepare and present adhoc internal reports on issues related to billing
Evaluate, improve and follow up on proceduresrelated to billing and billing support
Assist in developing billing-related policies,processes, procedures in line with leading practices
and trends and ensure compliance
Introduce and manage new methodologies andtechniques for the use in billing, including e-billing
process for costumers
