Are you aware that the role is responsible for managing the first impressions of our guests and, therefore, must oversee the entire guest experience operation always keeping in mind the high standards of service, using up-selling techniques to promote its services and facilities and ensuring the guest requests and expectations are met and exceeded at all times?

At least 1-2 years previous experience on a similar position. Effective communication, problem solving skills and pleasant personality are a must.
The candidate is expected to possess excellent verbal and written English language skills, knowledge of any other foreign language / s will be a plus.
