People management and development - making sure the right people are hired and trained through HR for the business. Also making sure they have a clear understanding of the company's vision and strategy.
Fiscal Responsibility (P&L) deliver on the financials goals for the business in line with the agreed business plan including revenue and contribution margin
Customer and Partner Satisfaction (CPE) ensure that the company partner and customer satisfaction is proactively managed and that required levels of satisfaction
8+ years experience of business management in a technology or consulting environment
Proven track record of successful envisioning and execution of business strategy
Knowledge and experience of working in the Saudi marketplace
Entrepreneurial flair a deal maker
Enterprise services frameworks exposure advantageous
Results driven, self motivator who can motivate others
