  • As the General Manager, you willbe the driving force behind the overall success of the platform.You will be managing and leading the day to day operations, techdevelopment, marketing initiatives, budgeting, partnerships andleading the set-up from the front.
  • Client Details A verysuccessful, leading organisation going through excitingdevelopments and investing heavily in technology to disrupt theirindustry.

    Description Launch, lead, and expand the start-up fromrolling out the beta launch to the official launch and strategicexpansion.

    Develop short- and long-term business and financialobjectives and build strategies and action plans for theirimplementation cascaded down to the various functions, teams, andlevels within the company.

    Direct and oversee all departments acrossdigital, marketing, technology, operations, customer support, andbusiness development to ensure that teams across functions andmarkets are aligned with the high-level strategic objectives of thebusiness.

  • Develop expansion and growth plansinformed by intelligent data analysis, market due diligence,competitor analysis and benchmarking to ensure long-termsustainability.
  • Maximise the profitability and valuation of thebusiness, leading the start-up to a mature, sustainable and healthyeconomic position.

    Lead internal and external marketing teams to setand allocate budgets across online and offline marketing channels,strategically map-out campaigns and calendars, and allocateresources for their execution.

    Ensure that all marketinginitiatives are being planned and implemented in line withhigh-level business objectives.Manage and monitor the digitalmarketing budgets and allocation with respective teams.

    Define KPIsand monitor and analyse results to make informed decisions.Devisenew and dynamic profitable strategies to maximise return oninvestment for all digital spending.
