Qualifications andrequirements :
B.Sc in quantity surveying orsimilar
Experience of working on pre- andpost-contract building projects
A minimum offive years’ technical delivery experience gained within aglobal consultancy firm
Middle East experiencebeneficial
Good technical writing, client-facingand communication skills
Well-organised,diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commerciallyastute
A team player with a can-do’ attitude, outgoing, polite, patient,diplomatic, personable, respectful and flexible.
