Business Development ExecutiveIdentifying qualifying and securing business opportunities coordinating business generation activities developing customized targeted sales strategiesBuilding business relationships with current and potential clientsUnderstanding client needs and offering solutions and support answering potential client questions and followup call questions responding to client requests for proposals RFPs Creating informative presentations presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings industry exhibits trade shows and conferencesCreating and maintaining a list database of prospect clients maintaining a database Salesforce CRM Excel etc of prospective client informationCold calling making multiple outbound calls to potential clients closing sales and working with the client through the closing processMeeting all quotas for cold active inactive calls appointments and interviews meeting or exceeding annual sales goalsMaintaining a pipeline of all sales administration Securing and closing new and building maintenance contracts in Abu Dhabi Job costing tenders pricing and commercial documentation BD Executive is involved in both strategic planning daytoday operations particularly in relation to buildings and premises Procurement and contract management Maintenance operation Asset Management Planning and Engineering Contracts Management Client Help Desks Cost performance Management building trades and grounds maintenance Cleaning security Utilities and communications infrastructure Space management A strong understanding of M E and hard and soft FM services as well a comprehensive appreciation of the tender process with regards to commercial and public sector procurement are also key attributes you will need to demonstrateCollaborating with management on sales goals planning and forecasting maintaining short and longterm business development plans BD Executive is also involved in the following activities Preparing documents to put out tenders Project management and supervising and coordinating work Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives Coordinating with vendors in preparation of the tender quotations Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise Direct and oversee the activities of FM Business Development Department aiming at identifying analyzing and recommending specific business opportunities for the profitable growth and diversification of FM
