class fertility treatment at its clinic in Dubai The Marketing and Business Development Manager will work with the Senior Management team to develop and implement the marketing and communications plans measurable objectives and budgets including brand guidelines You will report to the CEO and interact with the groups Head Marketing Communications Director Key Responsibilities Develops and manages both the marketing budget and plans that supports the organisation Works in collaboration with the Senior management team to evaluate develop and implement as appropriate new programs and or services the clinic Develops strategies and implements activities to increase awareness of the clinic programs and services Serves as the principle representative for the clinic in community health related meetings in the UAE Maintains and develops relationships with key external healthcare related contacts in the community at large Accountable to ensure that the department meets budget expectations revenues and expenses with corresponding KPI s that have been agreed upon Develops and maintains a database of contacts including government and private healthcare organizations key hospital contacts associations local healthcare advocates print and media contacts health promotion managers and appropriate others Prepares and presents to the CEO monthly reports and maintains records on all the clinic sponsored community activities and the outcomes including any new business or referrals for services that were received Develops written proposals as requested to include but not limited to scope of work purpose targeted audience itemized expense and expected revenue as appropriate for sponsorship of the approved service line and or public relations marking event Is accountable to ensure that events sponsored by the clinic are well attended by available staff Establishes loyal and meaningful relationships with external and internal customers Adapts to the team and builds team spirit Recognizes and rewards the contribution of others develops and openly communicates self-

insight listens consults others and communicates proactively Takes responsibility for actions projects and people takes initiative acts with confidence and works under own direction initiates and generates activity Develops and implements a regular external and internal communications marketing cadence with salient information for external and internal audiences Supports the development of a sophisticated external website and intranet site Engages with appropriate support key social networks e g Facebook Instagram Twitter etc in order to further promote the clinic community and staff awareness Qualifications To be successful in this role you must possess the following BA BS in Marketing Communications or related degree Minimum of 5 years experience working in a mid-

size organization in the UAE and abroad with a track record of leading successful marketing campaigns Excellent communication and organizational skills and have the ability to flourish in a dynamic environment Must be detail-

oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution An entrepreneurial self-starter with a hands-
