Supermarket and Office Petty cash expense receipt, checking and organizing reimbursement. Process Involves Recording, Interpreting, Classifying, Analysing, Summarizing and Reporting Financial Data.
Preparation of Asset, Liability, and Capital Account Entries. Must be expert in passing all kinds of Journal Entries. Assist in preparation of Financial Statements Monthly or Annual Basis.
Preparing and Recommending Latest Government Policies and Procedures. Maintaining Profit / Loss account, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement.
Responsibility of Fulfilment of Financial Reporting Deadlines Coordination with Audit Process in the restaurant. Monitoring and Supporting Taxation Issues related to VAT and VAT filling as per UAE VAT Laws.
Prepare Cheques, Payments and Bank Deposits. Bank account reconciliation of all bank accounts including credit card settlement.
Create a systematized monitoring of Accounts Payables and Receivables of the company by verifying the source document i.
e. Invoices from suppliers and statement of account for customers and other standard payments as per credit terms. Communicating with co-
workers on daily basis. The Accountant must have knowledge in accounting software tally, Peachtree, Quick Books etc. And must be able to learn the ERP Based software.
The Accountant must implement to reduce company’s expenses and improve profitability. The Accountant must willing to carry or do other task given by the management.
