Responsibilities & Duties :

Support the development, implementation, andmaintenance of a comprehensive compliance program.

Maintain a working knowledge of relevant regulatoryissues, of professional or industry substantive codes, and ofapplicable laws and regulations.

Maintain aworking knowledge of relevant business ethics issues, ofprofessional or industry ethics codes, and of ethics conflictsresolution techniques.

Develop, implement, andmaintain a comprehensive whistleblowing program (including casesubstantiation, follow-up and Board of Directorsreporting).
