Job Role : Head of HR
Myclient is looking for a Head of HR within a leading business in AbuDhabi. The business is going through change and the role is beingintroduced in order to provide the company with strategic andoperational direction across all dimensions of HumanResources.
Drive people strategy and people initiatives of thebusiness.
Provide expertise across talentmanagement, remuneration and benefits, payroll, HR operations,grievances, employee relations.
Create anapproach to remuneration and career developmentstrategies
Implement performance management,appraisal processes and e- learning which meet businessobjectives.
Partner with heads of departmentsin crating their people's knowledge, skills and capabilityto implement business policies and initiatives.
Drive and engage employees and enhance culture withinbusiness.
Key Competencies AndRequirements

RegionalUAE experienceis required
Experience in employeemanagement / heading HR department isessential
Experience withina sports / leisure / entertainment or retailindustry is desired
Experience in implementing HRsystem and enhancing talent management isimportant
Up to AED 45,000 monthly + additionalbenefits
