As a VP of Learning, you are expected to have a strong experience in independently running TNA processes.
Overseeing the implementation of a new LMS.
Designing, developing and delivering trainings to a headcount of around 800.
Key Requirements :
Bachelor Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Finance, IT or equivalent
Minimum of 8 years’ experience
Must have a background working in Financial Services, Banking or Investments industry
Must have experience in leading Training Needs Analysis
Must have experience designing & implementing leadership development programs
Must have experience implementing LMS
