The Senior Customer Service Manager - SpecialProjects will be supporting Iraq maintenance events and otherspecial projects across the SGR region

The mainrole for the candidate will be will be Project Management / Planning / Coordinating activities typically inthe context of services project to fulfill a customer order or needaccording to financial / commercial parameters and ensuring customersatisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Iraq senior project manager owning servicesactivities preparation, planning, scheduling and execution from ITOto project delivery for complex projects
  • Support the execution for OLNG Trains,debottlenecking and trains outage optimization as a regional focalpoint for the project planning and scope integration within outageplan in coordination with the internal and externalstakeholders.
  • Focal point for anydigital requirements in SGR region.
  • Drive request to right channels and follow through untilimplementation
  • Responsibility forproject methodologies and standards including scheduling andcontrol, to fulfill a customer order or need according tofinancial / commercial parameters and ensuring customersatisfaction
  • Presentsproduct / program strategies, technical road maps, risks andrecommendations to the customer in coordination with internalstakeholders.
