Experience in control circuits & ability to read electrical & mechanical drawings, ability to order spare parts.
Thorough knowledge of the facilities related to the kitchen including gas systems and laundry operational procedures, Operates, maintains, and repairs LP gas systems / equipment for storage, delivery, and usage.
