RETAIL OPERATIONS AND SERVICES MANAGER
Reporting to Middle East & Africa (MEA) Retail Director, you will be responsible of the operations of our boutiques across the region and contribute to our retail excellence.
Your mission will include the management of suppliers and service providers for the boutiques and for the regional head office to optimize the price / quality ratio.
The scope includes currently 10 boutiques in 4 countries; with new openings planned for the next few years.
The ideal candidate will be well structured and organized, detail orientated and flexible to adapt within their role, have exceptional communication skills to be able to liaise across all levels, within a multicultural environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft suite with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in English written and verbal is essential.
Organize the preventive maintenance of our stores to reflect the excellence of our Brand and in line with the corporate guidelines.
In close coordination with each Store Managers, budget, plan and implement the maintenance of our stores across the region.
Assess spot requests and urgent repairs from stores, contact suppliers and implement necessary actions.
Negotiate with suppliers, orders and contractual agreements for the stores and the head office, such as cleaning, security, supplies, maintenance, ....
Assess requests, source and contact vendors, organize tenders, and negotiate services and prices. Work in close relationship with Bulgari WW Purchase Department.
Organization and development :
Coordinate the operational opening of new boutiques and temporary stores with other departments and Interior Design.
Support the introduction of new tools / technology / processes in our stores.
Propose and implement all necessary improvements operational processes to reinforce the efficiency of our retail.
