Profile : F& B Operations Manager / Restaurant Operations Manager Experience : Minimum 5 years in handle multiple restuarants in UAE region Education : Bachelors / Diploma in Hospitality Management / Equivalent : The person will lay down the business plan for restaurants / regions that he / she is responsible for with the Business Head and concurs on the detailed plan and key milestones for the year.

He / she is expected to work closely with restaurant managers, to execute this detailed plan for each restaurant. The person drives execution of sales, quality of service and quality of food for each restaurant, and carries responsibility of developing capability of the team.
