Key Responsibilities : Achieve monthly unitsale targets by taking the customer on a structured oneoffer journey Maximize retained gross margins on unitsales to maintain branch profitability Achieve monthly F&Iproduct sales targets Promote effective referrals to ShowroomManagers to ensure 100% second facing for enhancing revenue andNPS / CSV opportunities Achieve the set Trade-ins and DealerInstalled Options (DIO) Accessories sales targets

Manage leads to increase sales revenue (Tel / Web / Walk-inenquiries conversion to be at 25%). Ensure capture of customer datain Fastrack (test drive, Emirates ID, email address, etc) to enableefficiency and accuracy in the FT Dashboard for adequatereferencing and follow up.

Achieve personal and professional growthby attending and actively engaging in

  • Daily, weekly and monthly sales meetings;
  • Mandatory andrecommended trainings to stay up-to-date with systems and productknowledge
  • Staying up-to-date withcurrent brand campaigns and competitor campaignactivities
  • Enhancing financialknowledge on available customer buying options The role acts tomeet Branch Sales and F&I targets while simultaneouslyensuring that each customer is provided a one-stop offer in thesales process.
