Job Duties and Responsibilities :

  • You’ll bedesigning, delivering and implementing Training programmes to meetregulatory requirements as well as the strategic vision of theorganisation
  • You’ll be responsiblefor conducting the Training Needs Analysis, developing a technicalcompetency framework along with relevant training materials,utilising the latest technology
  • In summary,you will contribute to the expertise and knowledge of the team,providing them with learning and development techniques to ensuredelivery of objectives.
  • Job Requirements and Qualifications :

  • You should be educated to aDegree level with at least 10 years of experience within a FireService Team
  • You’ll have at least5 years experience at a managerial level, managing the training ofFire Service staff
  • A minimum of ICAO EnglishLevel 6.
