We are currently seeking an Area Manager for Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar as part of our dynamic Commercial team in our subsidiary in Middle East.
He / she will be responsible for continuously delivering exceptional results and providing the highest standard of customer service, always thriving for excellence.
Responsible also for defining and executing strategic action plans to ensure a strong control of KPI’s and sales activities, maintaining a strong presence within the market with extraordinary passion for networking and brands.
How you will contribute
Co-define budget plans and sales plans for each assigned country and each assigned Key Account / retailers, ensuring proper development of all the brands in the KE portfolio, and in line with the strategy of the Middle East RegionDefine business plan for the development and management of the assigned markets with the Sales Director of Region Middle EastAnalyze the different markets and customers to identify peculiarities and develop ad hoc plans, to be shared regularly with the direct managerBuild strong relationships with both customers and the internal Kering Eyewear teamCommunicate and present Brand values and positioning to customers, together with the excellence of the collectionsCollect and manage orders in collaboration with Sales support, ensuring proper shipping and billingPropose assortment plans in order to maximize the sell-out per customer (category management)In collaboration with Trade Marketing and in line with Brand's guidelines, propose and negotiate commercial and marketing plansDefine with the assigned customers and in collaboration with the planning department, the most efficient and effective supply chain process, in order to guarantee the highest service level (i.
e. collaborative planning, automatic replenishment and dedicated SC flows)Support and collaborate with the Customer Service and Finance team for critical issues on invoices, debit and credit notes, and specific needsAttract, recruit, and retain a high performing team.

Who you are
Experience of at least 4 years in sales, with experience in an Area Manager roleUniversity Degree or equivalent experienceExperience within fashion, luxury, cosmetics, consumer goods environmentsHigh degree of ethics and integrityProven track record of growing sales and building door distributionStrong business acumen and analytical skillsFocus on resultsAble to quickly assess and anticipate needs and provide highest quality of serviceStrong relationships with customers built on service and trustExperience in collaborating with multiple teams Sales Support, Operations, Marketing, etc.
