Job Duties and Responsibilities :
You’ll translatethe airport growth strategy into actionable goals and implementableplans for service delivery and operational performance
You’ll implement policies / procedures, goalsand objectives for driving operational efficiency and enhancingproductivity through achieving exceptional levels of service
In line with other internal departments, you willdrive the government’s happiness agenda through passengerand employee engagement

JobRequirements and Qualifications :
You’ll have an extensive and demonstrableexperience in delivering high visibility, mission critical serviceinnovation strategies within infrastructure heavyorganizations
You’ll have anexperience of driving performance metrics improvement programsagainst competitive global industry standards
Displayed exemplary commitment and passion to customerservice excellence through the delivery of innovative andpotentially disruptive programs
Stronginterpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability build and maintainstrong business relationships internally and externally;
ability tobuild consensus manage conflict and interface at all levels
You should have at least 15+ years’experience of which the last 5 should be within senior executivefunction
You’ll be educated toDegree level or equivalent professionalqualification.
