Job Description :

Our client, a multinational leading investment company having their operations in DIFC, Dubai requires Senior Relationship Manager.

The candidate must have experience in wealth management / asset / private banking with prior working experience in GCC / UAE region.

Responsibilities :

  • Identifying and developing new market opportunities across UAE / GCC.
  • Determine the products that are most effective in meeting client needs and be able to sell these at short notice both reactively and proactively.
  • Support the strategic planning process through various initiatives and priorities, and partner with the team to prepare variety of presentations and proposals according to client needs
  • Follow up all incoming leads, determine the best way of establishing contact with the client to establish their needs and present an appropriate solution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key prospects and senior personnel with client and in client organizations
  • Oversees communication with shareholders and handles shareholder requests for information.
  • Identify opportunities to increase footprint throughout all covered clients
  • Documenting and communicating strategy discussions and implementation.
  • Effectively addressing a range of customer needs, to include mutual fund inquiries, asset allocation discussions, brokerage needs, basic tax-
  • free and deferred investments

  • Partnering with the adviser and implementing a structured client contact strategy and promoting annual guidance reviews Conducting basic guidance preparation discussions with clients that support the overall strategies developed
  • Requirements :

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, via telephone and face-to-face consultations
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interest in wealth management / investment banking and the financial markets
  • Extensive knowledge of private banking products and services, including credit processes and policies.
  • Strong relationship management, sales and new business development skills
  • Proficient with various computer software programs including the ability to use recommended desktop planning tools and processes experience
