Job Description

We are looking at hiring a Marketing Manager for a reputed Software Company in Dubai.The Marketing Manager will execute Campaign Management, Campaign Execution and Marketing Analytics leveraging the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms.

They will collaborate with the Marketing teams and the business divisions to support and execute CRM and marketing automation strategies to enhance the overall marketing communication initiatives in the interactive space.

Ideally, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for building customer journeys within Cloud while optimizing Marketing Clouds automation tools for various digital marketing channels.

They also play a critical role in aligning creative direction with the company's strategic goals and will help us accelerate our strategy through effective storytelling and experiences backed by data-driven insights and analytics.

  • Oversee all marketing campaigns for CloudHost and Cloud Souk
  • Create and manage Digital posts, blogs, and webinars
  • Ensure the company is communicating the right message to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
  • Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support
  • Implement strategy and promote a business, product, or service
  • Updating management on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
  • Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff
  • Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products / services
  • Collaborate with the vendors and agencies
  • Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
  • Generate leads emerging from the campaigns and provide them to the sales team
  • Monitor current campaigns, ensuring their staff meet deadlines and complete necessary tasks
  • Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
  • The ideal candidate will :

  • Have 5-6 years of experience in Marketing Cloud automation
  • Previous experience is preferred in Tech / Hardware / Infrastructure
  • Have various academic backgrounds, including marketing, communication, business, and other fields
  • Have Bachelors degree
  • Preferred qualifications in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration / Management, Communications Studies / Speech Communication, and Rhetoric
  • Key Skills

  • Designing, executing, and supporting integrated marketing campaign tactics across the marketing mix including content / thought leadership, events, email, website, social media, sales tools, analyst relations, nonprofit, brand, analyst relations, and communications to grow and protect the brand and expand demand generation and revenue growth;
  • Analyzing data through marketing and sales technology platforms and market trends to support the creation of data-driven insights to inform marketing campaign strategy which creates curated client experiences across channels, while tracking KPIs and progress to goals;
  • Demonstrating knowledge of key business issues clients are facing and CH solutions, leveraging competitive and market research, and aligning go-to-market strategy when delivering plans to leadership and stakeholders in a consultative manner;
  • Managing multiple projects, developing schedules, and effectively communicating status updates;
  • Anticipating stakeholder needs, and developing and discussing potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realizes they are required;
  • Collaborating with leaders across the business to drive strategies, and opportunities, and to provide updates to senior leaders;
  • Using a broad range of tools and digital marketing techniques to extract insights;
  • Developing talent to grow and cultivate your team so they can learn to manage one level below;
  • Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct; and,
  • Managing Cross Matrix campaigns with a data-driven and collaborative journey through marketing automation and process optimization.
