Recruit highpotential digitally inclined talent from business to be enrolled inthe program;
Help Business Units inidentifying automation opportunities and selecting right digitaltool and resources for developing solutions;
Keep abreast of latest digital tools and technologies used by firm,both locally and globally;
Use your strongcommunication and presentation skills to create awareness of thefirm's digital tools. Engage with tax staff to clearlycommunicate the firm'
s vision of digitaltransformation;
Manage multiple projects ontight timelines involving firm’s technology tools toexceed client’s expectations;
Gaina clear understanding of firm’s risk, quality andgovernance guidelines. Evaluate all projects against theseguidelines and help in keeping an overall governance in suchmatters across the firm;
Develop new skillsoutside of your comfort zone;
Act to resolveissues which prevent the team working effectively;
