The rolerequires technical knowledge to ensure production systems aresupportable, maintainable, secured, & meet performancestandards.
This includes continuously assessing the operationalframework for improvements, efficiencies, & risks, whilekeeping stakeholders informed with relative operationalinformation.
The role will interface with the relevant businessstakeholders, MAFTech and OpCo IT, IT Security and Compliance teamsas well as with relevant 3rd party partners to ensure the smoothtransitions and operations.
Oversee all loyaltyOperations, providing day to day support and ensuring the teamresolves incidents to agreed standards quality methods and keydelivery times.
Take accountability ofadherence to agreed SLAs, processes and procedures within ServiceManagement.
Continuously audits, reviews,& identifies areas for improvement within the OperationalFramework.
Communicate with the seniormanagement and stakeholders about the continuous operationalimprovements, processes and policies.
Identifies / analyzes / synthesizes information, applies criticalthought and presents the information in a clear and meaningfulway.
