    We are looking for a young talented professional to handle administrative responsibilities of our regional knowledge hub.

    The intern will extensively work with Recruiting / PD specialist of knowledge hub. He / She is expected to perform range of administrative duties in support to key functions such as recruiting, learning, internal team events etc.

    He / She will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of processes and programs. Should be flexible to work with multiple stake holders and provide regular updates / follow ups on their respective work streams.

    Specific responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) :

    Recruitment :

  • Take ownership and manage global recruitment database Avature.
  • Upload resumes, create applications, conduct problem solving test, scan test papers and upload them on Avature
  • Create weekly recruitment report, manage interview logistics
  • Assist on daily recruitment related activities
  • Join campus events. Create a trust-based relationship with local campuses
  • Network with Consultant to be able to create a local pool of interviewers
  • Support in on boarding and induction for new hires. Ensure welcome packs are ready in time, access cards and laptops are prepared a day before joining.
  • Regularly update team tracker with information of all active members
  • Update leave tracker on daily basis
  • Manage invoices Vendor / Events etc
  • Learning and Professional Development :

  • Manage logistics for any in house team learning activity
  • Work with specialist to assist in logistics for bi-annual evaluations
  • Coordinate team meeting / events as needed
  • Required experience and education

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or related field preferred
  • 0-6 months experience, preferably in professional services environment or human resources
  • Required skills

  • Understanding of Windows and Outlook (email) applications
  • Ability to work well in ambiguous space
  • Continuous focus on process improvement within the team
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information
  • Exceptional accuracy combined with a focus on efficiency
  • Ability to shift gears quickly and maintain focus and follow through
  • Independent project management skills, flexible and organized
