Job Description

Office Assistant Job Opening. Currently we are looking for Office Assistant for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties :

Organize and provide documents, reports, and information to department and external clients in a useful and well-organized manner.

Create and maintain active files.

Take and compile minutes of the meeting.

Order office supplies and equipment.

Maintain files and folders.

Handle and screen telephone calls.

Perform basic bookkeeping activities.

Create and maintain database records.

Manage and keep calendars. Qualifications and requirements :

Ideal candidates should have good communication skills both verbal and written.

Should be able to interact with clients and managers of the company.

Should have knowledge of computers specifically in MS Office in order to do work for the company.

Candidates should have excellent organizational and time management skills to be able to finish the required work in time.

Graduate / Diploma with minimum 1 year of experience.

Work experience as an office assistant in the same field.
