Requirements

  • 30 40 years old
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or any relatedfield
  • At least 3 years of experience as anHR / Admin from a FMCG background.
  • Should read,speak and write in English and Arabic mandatory
  • Must be organized, meticulous and dynamic
  • Can do multitasking and work under pressure
  • Valid UAE Driving License would bea plus
  • Immediatelyavailable candidates need only apply.
  • Roles : -

    Provide HR support and advice to employees and linemanagers, explaining policies and procedures in a timely andeffective manner

  • Assist in visaapplications, renewal of leases and trade licenses
  • Liaise with suppliers / sub-contractors and documentscontrol
  • Support tender submissions
  • Interface with Finance / Operations / HRteams
  • Maintain and develop thepersonnel filing system
  • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

    Experience :

  • HR and Admin : 5years (Preferred)
  • Admin in FMCG background : 5years (Preferred)
  • Language :

  • Arabic(Preferred)
