Senior Sales ExecutiveResponsibilities

1 Analyze the market markets toascertain the projects sales opportunities for Porcellan tilesCreate market specific sales channels based on research obtainedfrom the Specification Pricing and Tendering team and or own marketresearch

2 Collect enquiry RFQ and review therequirements Identify available products meeting the client srequirements

3 Submit proposal once sample hasbeen obtained meeting the approval from the client consultant andcontractor

4 Prepare the product selection andquotation as per the specified project and within the discountagreements as per the company s policies

5Manage the negotiations order taking and delivery process to ensurehigh customer satisfaction Working closely with the SalesExecutives ensure the payment and delivery terms are as per thecompany s policies

6 Interface with the SalesExecutives Supply Chain Quality Production and Marketing teams tosatisfy customer needs and requirements Follow up on invoices andensure delivery is completed as per the contract achieving highcustomer satisfaction

7 Follow up with thecustomers on the collection of the payment and update the concernedparties accordingly

8 Assist the SpecificationPricing and Tendering team during any new product development andnew opportunity identification Exchange insights into the latesttrends and products seen in the market and prices and competitorsmet in the market Hold formal and informal update sessions with theSpecification Pricing and Tendering team

9Conduct competition mapping and collect market intelligenceIdentify new trends and channels which the company can use to itsadvantage for maintaining a competitive position in the Porcellantiles market Identify new sales channels for existing and newresellers

10 Working closely with the Dispatchteam identify the different transport methods calculating the costimpact and selecting the most cost-effective form of transportationfor the company
