JobResponsibilities :

  • Create sales invoices for customers
  • Track shipment and provide updates to traders andmanager.
  • Light Accounting / Finance relative tothe Logistics function
  • Execute shipments fromforeign origins to domestic customers.
  • Liaisewith suppliers and customers on the phone and via email
  • Prepare documentary instructions, shipping instructions,and delivery orders
  • Handle customer claims forshortages, quality differentials, or losses.
  • Job Skills :

  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Knowledge of Transportation &Logistics
  • Should be self-motivated and able towork individually when required
  • Effectiveverbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of working in demanding situations and meetingdeadlines
  • Proficient in suite of MicrosoftOffice products (Excel, Outlook, Word)
