Dubai HR Coordinator Job Opening. Currently we are looking for HR Coordinator for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties and Responsibilities :

o Create, develop Organization chart.

o Create, Review Manpower plan.

o Design all s.

o Create Job Offers, Contracts and any related documents.

o Create internal Policies, Regulations and memos.

o Control, review and make daily attendance timesheet.

o Making Monthly Payroll, including any related Calculations.

o Develop the Company Salary Scale; market Survey

o Follow up Daily Staff Transaction

o Conduct Performance Appraisals, KPI's, Trainings Programs.

o Follow up All Staff Needs : Accommodation, Transportation, including any related Bills, Payments, purchasing.

o Follow up all Company Office Needs, supervise Workshop, Store and any related places.

o Prepare the internal / external corresponds & letters, minutes of meetings.

o Create & Design All HR Forms, any other Needed Forms.

o Design, Develop Staff database, filing system. Job Requirements and Qualifications :

o Bachelor's Degree at least

o Good communication skills

o Strong interpersonal skills

o Business awareness and commercial focus

o Leadership and strong management skills

o Technically competent

o Strong interpersonal skills

o Ability to analyze, interpret and explain the legal framework regulating employment

o Influencing and negotiating skills

o Personally credible
