9+ years experience, out of which 2+ years working experience in Middle East. Must have experience in customer management, customer experience enhancement, contact center, sales process optimization, business transformation, Omni-
channel, digital technology, mobility solutions, social media. Functional understanding of mainstream CRM applications across sales, service and marketing is preferred.
