  • Obtainpotential sales leads through calling or emailing on a regularbasis
  • Offer outstanding customer services toimprove customer satisfaction levels
  • Monitorleads and provide information on the available services
  • Attend to all customer requests
  • Responsible for call handling and answeringcustomers’ queries
  • Preserve clientdatabase through entering, verifying and backing up data
  • Respond to telephone calls from potentialcustomers
  • Handle messages on email andFacebook
  • Change inquiries into sales throughanswering inbound calls
  • Job Qualifications andExperience

  • Thesuitable candidate must candidate must have a Degree in Sales andMarketing or any related field of study
  • Practical experience in the same field
  • Excellent phone handling skills
  • Mustbe a good communicator and an active listener
  • Should be able to multi-task, prioritize and manage timeeffectively
  • Strong presentationskills
  • Ability to handle pressure and staycalm under stressful situations
  • Must be acompetent user of the computer
  • Only Arabicspeakers are required
