Job Details :
Attends to customer inquiry and complaints via phones and email.
Assists in preparing invoices, puchase order, delivery order, quotation, packing list.
Assists in key in and update sales orders and customer detail in the system.
Prepares monthly department reports and delivery report.
To liaise with the forwarders and transporters to follow up on the delivery status.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor degree holder.
Candidate with two to three years experience in the similar role.
Good communication skill.
