What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day?Continuously improve the program of common sales processes including content tools MOS metrics and operational tactics that drive nearterm worldclass sales performanceAssist in Developing deploying and maintaining a common curriculum and inventory of sales processes and solutions that deliver best in class execution on the key areas of salesforce deployment opportunity pipeline and account planningProvides guidance and support to optimize the sales force and processes based on analytics best practices business plans market trends etc.

Establish and oversee SFDC management practices and value realization drive standardization of sales process toolsDevelop and implement Sales Operations functionality within METADevelop and implement Strategic Account Processes.
Align with strategic product marketing to optimize NPIPartner with strategic product marketing to design and implement newadditional methods for lead acquisition data analysis and usability for all sales functions within METAWork with MarComs to measure the effectiveness of various campaigns including product launches trade shows and PR activitySupport in management of new Channel Partner Program Dashboard to drive META partner growth through data driven insights and actions.
Engage directly with our key Platinum and Gold Channel Partners as part of the day to day Sales MOS QBRs Account Reviews Incentives and focus on specific sales plans that drive Top line YOY revenue growth.
