As part of the Sale team, you will be able tomaximise every sales opportunity and build a long term businessrelationships with all our customers.
You will be responsible toachieve and exceed the allocated sales target for new motorcycleunits, accessories and insurance policies and deliver the highestlevels of customer service, thereby creating customer loyalty andrepeat sales.
You will also explore opportunities to launch newmodels to expand business.
You are also expected toconstantly maintain awareness of motorcycle industry, updateknowledge of product range, new models, features and benefits andat the same time conduct market study on competitor models& segmentations, technical developments and marketshare.
The role aims to ensure that allpotential customers will be provided with excellent customerservice and accurate information about the products andservices.
The ideal candidate for thisrole should have passion and knowledge of Motorcycles. You shouldhave a basic qualification and a proven sales background preferablyin motorcycle industry.
You must have knowledge of principles andprocesses for providing customer and personal services, thisincludes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards forservices, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
You should also be able to communicate effectively and youare required to work at flexible hour and in shifts. Confident andeffective at providing information will be an asset.
You shouldhave strong mathematical approach and strong product and marketknowledge. Motorcycles driving license isrequired.
