We are looking for a marketing manager with advertising agency experience, to help grow the brand and expand our reach. The ideal candidate will have a strong advertising background, with the ability to think creatively while achieving the company goals and KPIs.

Oversee and run team status meetings to align internal stakeholders on priorities and goals of the meeting / projects
Undertake market, competitor analysis to ensure understanding of the business, market environment and products / brands
Check up on the work progress by the creative team and / or print shop to ensure quality and highest outcome
Provide clear goals and objectives for projects and campaigns with specific guidance and performance measures.
Craft growth strategies and business development tactics to increase client value.
Discuss, plan, manange, evaluate our running advertising campaigns
Maintain the highest standards of quality throughout development and implementation of all work
Develop new business by analyzing brand's potential, identifying and evaluating additional needs and growth opportunities
Be the main point of contact between Washmen and our outsourced teams (Public relations, digital marketing, suppliers, SEO ).
Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions for upcoming projects
Minimum 4 years of experience as a marketing / account manager with an advertising agency background for B2C brands. A Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field is preferred
A superb understanding of branding, growth. Tech experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies and of social media advertising best practices / guidelines.
Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends
Ability to work well independently but also working alongside team members
Strong communication and organizational skills
Flexible with good initiative and able to deal with ambiguity (asking the right questions, anticipating needs, being resourceful and preparing for several outcomes)
Ability to work under deadline pressure
Self-Starter : must be a quick learner, intuitive, and proactive. Demonstrate maturity, professionalism & positive attitude
Excellent english communication skills, written and spoken, proficiency in Arabic as a plus
