Consult withthe management to resolve interpersonal and work-related problemsand meet with supervisors and managers to determine effectivemediation techniques, such as coaching, job skill training orintervention.
Ensure effective and legally compliant plans toaddress employee performance issues, performance improvement plansand other documentation
Discuss with managersand supervisors career trajectory of employees and developmentneeds, and accordingly select the appropriate training programs andrecommend departmental budgets.
Gather and assess feedback from alllevels in the organization regarding concerns, areas ofimprovement, successes and highlights
Design,review and revise (as necessary) the KPIs and job descriptions forall positions in the Company and conduct analysis to determineappropriate salary level according to compensationguidelines
Lead and launch the annualcompensation assessment process based on survey data, marketintelligence and anecdotal information gathered from managers,recruiters and other available sources
Maintainthe Company's Bonus Programs under the direction of themanagement.Monitor HR metrics, such as turnover rates, headcountand assist the management in determining charge-out rates for eachlevel.
