Evaluate and manage OD strategies andprocesses based on the company's overall strategy andbusiness plan.Consult with the management to measure performance,organizational and leadership matters on a periodic basis

  • Assess organizational development needs and resources forthe business and different functions, and accordingly establishplans to address these needs, including recruitment.
  • Lead the design, development and implementation ofprograms, policies and strategies tailored to meet OD needs andprogram goals.

    Design and execute keyprogrammatic elements of the OD process; measure the achievement ofestablished goals.Manage the employee performance appraisal andfeedback programs; coach

    Managers on performancereview process and appropriate feedback, language anddocumentation

  • Recommend, design and implementpolicies and procedures employment and benefit laws based oninternational and local standards
  • Consult withthe management to resolve interpersonal and work-related problemsand meet with supervisors and managers to determine effectivemediation techniques, such as coaching, job skill training orintervention.
  • Ensure effective and legally compliant plans toaddress employee performance issues, performance improvement plansand other documentation

  • Discuss with managersand supervisors career trajectory of employees and developmentneeds, and accordingly select the appropriate training programs andrecommend departmental budgets.
  • Gather and assess feedback from alllevels in the organization regarding concerns, areas ofimprovement, successes and highlights

  • Design,review and revise (as necessary) the KPIs and job descriptions forall positions in the Company and conduct analysis to determineappropriate salary level according to compensationguidelines
  • Lead and launch the annualcompensation assessment process based on survey data, marketintelligence and anecdotal information gathered from managers,recruiters and other available sources
  • Maintainthe Company's Bonus Programs under the direction of themanagement.Monitor HR metrics, such as turnover rates, headcountand assist the management in determining charge-out rates for eachlevel.
