Job Role : ProcurementCoordinators

In this role, youwill :

  • Review plannedorders, creates requisitions for purchase items, and manageapproval process.
  • Transmit approved purchaseorders contracts, and supporting documents to thesuppliers.
  • Track order acknowledgements,prepare and communicate reports, and provides visibility of updatesto procurement team and internal customers.
  • Support in maintaining supplier and vendorrelationships.
  • Tracks orders and confirmssystem lead times, delivery dates, and costs.
  • Track purchase orders until they are closed.
  • Work with finance and logistics staff in resolvingreceiving of goods and services and invoicediscrepancies.
  • Identify opportunities and ableto implements actions to achieve efficiencies.
  • Contribute to consolidation, reduction, andrationalization of the local supplier base.

    RequiredQualifications :

  • Bachelor’sdegree in Business / Commerce / Supply Chain Management / IT
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
  • Desired skills :

  • Ability towork independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and under tight timelines
  • Ability to multitask and handleadditional work in critical times
