Job Role : ProcurementCoordinators
In this role, youwill :
Review plannedorders, creates requisitions for purchase items, and manageapproval process.
Transmit approved purchaseorders contracts, and supporting documents to thesuppliers.
Track order acknowledgements,prepare and communicate reports, and provides visibility of updatesto procurement team and internal customers.
Support in maintaining supplier and vendorrelationships.
Tracks orders and confirmssystem lead times, delivery dates, and costs.
Track purchase orders until they are closed.
Work with finance and logistics staff in resolvingreceiving of goods and services and invoicediscrepancies.
Identify opportunities and ableto implements actions to achieve efficiencies.
Contribute to consolidation, reduction, andrationalization of the local supplier base.

Bachelor’sdegree in Business / Commerce / Supply Chain Management / IT
3 - 5 years of relevant experience

Ability towork independently and as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure and under tight timelines
