  • 10+ years of total experience with at least 5 years’ experience in a Sales Business Development role
  • Proven track record in strategic selling into the government sector
  • Proven ability to manage highly complex sometimes political and lengthy sales cycles
  • Experience in new account wins and also account management where you are able to sell through existing channels
  • Previous experience negotiating and handling deals of significant dollar value Strong presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Must have excellent relationships with CxO in leading organizations in UAE
  • Must have worked in a consulting organization advising blue chip clients
  • Experience working with clients at senior positions
  • Experience with building solutions that address business needs
  • Experience delivering innovative solutions to complex problems
  • A big picture thinker with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a simple way
  • Highly Desirable Experience with large scale transformational programs of work
  • Previous trusted advisor for a large company Experience working in an onshore / offshore model
  • Work closely with leadership to define and execute sales strategies
  • Maintain and build consistent sales pipeline and deliver sales results Bid management and responding to RFPs
  • Manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and report status updates to the business Build and manage relationships with key decision makers
  • The candidate will be a blend of an articulate visionary who has experience and enjoys working with technology
  • In this role the candidate will be seen as a trusted advisor to the customer and be an influencer within Cognizant
