Position Description We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Evaluator to join the Training Technical Support Department In this position you will be responsible of the followings Submit report on the evaluations and suggest remedial training for development of the employees Familiar and navigate in SAP transactions to generate reports and certification verifications Support development of certification tests Develop management reports for different departments Proctor recertification tests in different company locations Develop and present Job certifications and competency test administration status as required Develop management reports for different departments Minimum Requirements Bachelor s Degree Industrial Vocational Education or in some cases Engineering Science plus four 4 years Industrial experience or as a trainer in industrial or vocational skills OR Diploma with eleven 11 years relevant industrial experience including a minimum of one 1 year field assignment in the skill to be taught Duties Responsibilities Instructs trainees to terminal objectives of POI s in the overall plant systems and operations Obtains training material supplies A V equipment tools and training aids needed to conduct lessons Prepares personalized lesson plans from approved course control documents POI s Adopts and or constructs training aids Administers proctors and grades written and performance tests Observes counsels and evaluates trainees Prepares trainee records such as attendance grade and progress sheets Maintains discipline safety and housekeeping standards at his classroom shop or work site Recommends administrative actions for trainees Coordinates on-
