Job Role : Administration Manager

Job Key Details :

  • Required to plan and manage administrativeprocedures as well as systems
  • Review staffperformance and provide coaching as well as guidance to ensuremaximum efficiency
  • Handle schedules as well asdeadlines
  • Make sure operations adhere topolicies as well as regulations
  • Supervisefacilities services as well as maintenance activities

  • JobQualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or itsequivalent
  • Practical experience in the same orsimilar role required
  • Strong knowledge ofoffice management procedures
  • Knowledge offinancial as well as facilities management principles
  • Good organizational and multi taskingabilities
  • Expertise in MS Officesuite
  • Must have an analytical mind withproblem-solving skills
  • Good leadership andmanagement skills
