Key Responsibilities : BusinessRating Report :

BusinessRating Report :

Doing thorough analysis of financial and non-financialinformation provided by the Subject Company and information available in publicdomain and comparing the performance to its peers and overall industry.

Writinga detailed report encompassing all aspects of financial, business and industryanalysis. Ensuring timely delivery of reports within stipulated time andmaintaining the quality of the same.

Resolving queries raised by the clients.

Feasibilitystudy report :

Tests the viability of an idea, a project or even a newbusiness. The goal of a feasibility study is to emphasize potential problemsthat could occur if one pursues a project and determine if, after consideringall significant factors, the project is a good and viable idea.

Businessvaluation :

Determining the current worth of a business, using objectivemeasures, and evaluating all aspects of the business. Analysis of company'smanagement, its capital structure, its future earnings

prospects and the marketvalue of its assets.

Conducting management interview : Conducting face toface or telephonic interview with the client to get a better understanding oftheir business model and discuss financial and non-

financial queries observedduring detailed analysis.

Rating Rationale : Provide rationale behindthe rating to client

Assisting the team : Providing assistance tothe team as and when required.

Development of new products : Working ondevelopment of new products as per requirement

Self-Development : Stayupdated on relevant knowledge, skills, products and systems in order to manageclient’s expectations and also to develop new products for continuousimprovements.


Key Attributes & Skills :

  • Goodcommunication and report writing skills (English and Arabic is preferred). Indepth understanding of financial statements
  • Knowledge ofUAE market and understanding of major industries in the UAE Good understandingon various business models
  • Problem-solving skills & strong logical reasoning
  • Good innumber crunching, presentation and negotiating skills
  • Solicitationof regular feedback from team members for self-improvement
  • Experience Requirements :

  • Minimum 2years of professional experience in a financial analysis & market research
  • Qualification Requirements :

  • Mandatory Qualification :
  • MasterDegree with specialization in finance or Professional qualification(ACCA / CPA / CFA / ICAI).
